Where did you find yours (if you have one)? Should I try to mf one or should I try to trade for one? I dont really have anything good to trade by the way, so ya.. keep that in mind.
Well, it is never a good idea to hunt for one item specifically. You will just end up getting frustrated. I am nearly positive Hell Mephisto can drop one, and he would probably be a good mf target if you don't have too many items, as he can drop some other quite useful items as well, along with the council dropping lots gold which you can use to gamble circlets/coronets. i'd mf other places than meffy mef hasn't been sropping to well lately :\
maybe hunt for runes and do forges. then you should make some decent rune words at least thats how i got most of my gear. if you manage to get a hoz from meffy then i must be havin bad luck lol.
Oh, damit! I always gamble amulets/rings, in hope of getting +2allskills, or unique. But i never thought of gambling circlets/coronets! Stupid me... Sorry for offtopic. Try mfing Meph, I'm almost sure he has a pair of HoZ in his backpack *giggle*. Though, as Doctor Clock have pointed out, don't hook up yourself on 1 item, it'll quickly wear you out cause of no results. Better do general mf, and when you have enough wealth, exchange for a HoZ. Be patient if you want it as a drop, however =)
I got one from Andy when my fishymancer finished act 1. Like posted above, mf'ing for one item will drive you nuts. If you really need something, mf to build a little wealth and trade for it.
I'll admit, though, buying a HoZ by starting from nothing may take a while. Try to keep a lookout for what's valuable by checking the trade forums. Stock up on pgems and socketed items and rare ammy's, rings, and boots can prove to be valuable as well.
To find a HOZ: I have found 2 in last 6 months - one from NM Meph and the other from a devilkin in Hell Black Marsh.
Best bet is to trade for one: Continuously clear mass amounts of areas in late NM or anywhere in Hell. Eventually good stuff will fall (charms, desired socketables and sometimes uniques - maybe a HOZ or a SOJ). Trade what you find for hrs/tradeable uniques/runewords and use these goodies to trade for a HOZ. You will need 3hrs or equivalent these days on East Ladder.
For this season, 1 from hell pit, 4 from hell meph, 1 from hell baal, 1 from hell meph while rushing my friend, there's 1 more, but I don't remember where I got it now. I think hell meph is the best bet if you want to find it yourself.
Edit: I remember now, the last one is from an armor stand in Durance level 2.
