Im about to make a ww sin and i just have a few equip questions
this is what im planing to wear
shako/bered 18dr
bramble sup scarab husk
2xangelic rings
1xangelic ammy
gore rider
dracs
verdungos
chaos swahayya
now heres what i have the question about is the second claw
between fury/malice
fury has the ignore target def but idk if that works pvp and 66 open, forcing me to wear the dracs and gores to get open up
but malice giving 100 open wounds the max can allow me to wear trangs, and either shadow dancers or travs for the extra dmg.
if fury's ignore target def in fact works i can exit the angelics for eithe 2xravens and a high lords or 2xravens and a maras, or metal grid.
My skills are planned liek so
20venom
20claw mastery
*up to lvl 23 with equip and charms claw block
20 cloak
1blade barrier
1 mind blast
1 shadow master
rest in fade
if the ignore target def does work i also wont need cloak, and i could maybe put to some traps for stunning like my previous kicker has.Im open to any info from experianced ww sins, any changes.
Well,
Right now you have a very high level in CoS, which isn't all that important due to the fact it really is a one-point-wonder. 9x shadow GC's, anni and torch will get it up to a very respectable level, and it will definitely be enough to take down an enemy's Defense for consistent hitting. Especially with maxed claw mastery.
Secondly, your Claw Block might be a bit overskilled, without the comfort of having a high-lvl Trap to dissuade your enemy from spamming their attack on you. I strongly advise you to take at least a point in WoF, as it helps you distract enemies, and make you hit easier too.
Otherwise, go on the Hybrid tour and max LS and 2 of it's synergies. They will get people dodging for their existence, as they think a Lightning will cause them more damage than you.
All of these skills will allow for a much lower level in CoS, so maxing it won't be nessecary at all.
A high level Claw Block is incredibly useful, but if you can get it to 60% without investing serious amounts of skillpoints into it, it might be great as you can then go ahead and increase your LS damage.
Oh, and picking between claws - Fury will ALWAYS be better than Malice. 100% OW is nice, but not infinitely nessecary. 66% works fine with me.
You lack a Trang Glove. Without it your Venom damage will be severely weakened. it means 56,25% less damage not to equip it. Much better than the OW on Dracs.
A good option might be to try and get a good fools mod claw with LS skills on it. Attack Rating usually is a problem with WW-ers, and you might want to get a nice claw to transfer all that lovely poison to your enemy, without hitting problems. (granted, you have dual engelics to solve any AR problems, but I don't really like them. Mara, Raven (you lack CBF - means you're dead)and a rare FCR ring is a much better comination IMHO.)
Well, I hope I've been rambling a wee bit consistent here....
Good luck building that WW-er, it's one of THE most fun characters out there if you ask me.

my block isnt over skilled it should only have a base of 9 in it i meant lvl 23 with all the skilelrs and torch putting it at the max that is not uselessOriginally Posted by Funguspower
Looks like you are very stressed about AR.
Few things to clear out:
1. ITD does not work in PvP.
2. CoS does work but in stupid way. It is calculated from enemie base defense and after subtracted from total defense. So on those palies with 40k defense it even wont make difference.
3. You must get lvl 26 claw block, which gives you 60% of block.
4. Fade you must put enough pts to get 50%PDR, the more is overkill.
5. Blade Shield, Wake Of Fire, Light Senetry etc. you can get like mod on your claws, so no need to spend points there.
6. With your setup resistances in Hell will suck, even with fade. (mean's ownage by any sorc)
7. Wearing 2 ravens + maras + fury/chaos you can get 6k+ AR what is enough to beat any low def enemie. Against high def palies just ww away, it seems to work well. Against any decent barb you will never win even with uber gear.
ty , u gave me what i neeeded short and sweet, and i dont char about sorces it more vs melee, and btw if ur a good sorc 1-2 hit will kill me any way even with max res,so i stop bothering.Originally Posted by BlackAlien

Not realy. The point is that assasin wielding dual claws can block almost any attack out there, including smite!, hammers!, FoH, any sorc attack - fire ball, blizzard, lightning etc., any kind of traps, tornados etc. The list is long. This all with one rule - never run, coz running CB = 0 %.Originally Posted by KlNG
So what should i wear, and what should i put to for skills , dont give me a guide link plz.
ok. My wwsin gear and in my opinion almost perfect if not:
Helm - 2s CoA, socketed with -15%req/14% all res jewel + 15% all res jewel;
Claws - Fury/Chaos suwayyah's (in stash Fool's claw)
Armor - 49%/21lvl Bramble (so almost perfect) for less rich Nats armor with 3 -5/5 poison jewels can be very good alternative.
Gloves - Trangs (in stash Dracs + crafted Hit power Vambraces)
Boots - Shadow Dancers, alternative uped Gores
Belt - T-Gods all times
Rings - 2 good ravens all times
Amulet - Maras but can be replaced with Metalgrid if you need
Charms - 9 shadow sk with life, torch, anni, 10 small charms with life AR.
Skills:
20 claw mastery
20 Venom
20 Dragon Flight (screw you about putting 1 pt there)
11 Claw Block (I get 61% block) but 60% is good
15 Fade to get max 50%DR
Rest in Shadow Master and Mind Blast
My setup is for pure ghost sin it is not a hybrid.
I get: with 2 shadow claw prebuf 6k dmg, 6,2k AR (with fool's claw and enchant 20k AR !!!!), 91% OW, 50%PDR, 61% block all, Resistances 75/80/85/75 all stucked over 130% with anya bug.
But i suggest you to read few pure ghost sin gides before you make your.
I think i like ur build, 2 questions though, fade dr as in damage reduce? or duration, and what is this anyas bug?Originally Posted by BlackAlien
