3 short ias questions

Hey...

Ok - so here're the questions:

1) When a set weapon gets ias as partial or full set bonus (I mean written in green ON weapon) - does it counts as on-weapon ias or off-weapon ias??

2) When a set gives ias as partial or full set bonus (written in gold, seen as set bonus) - does it counts as on-weapon ias or off-weapon??

3) Same question with ias on other items (written in green) - for egg. Sigon's gloves...

Wanna be sure - couse on D2 nothing is like it would seem...

If it appears on a weapon its on-weapon ias. If not than it isnt. No matter what color it has.
