Is this real about IAS

So......putting in some 15res/15ias jewels in a CoA:smiley: does not effect the attack speed by using Dragon flight or WW........or does it?

ww is dependant on weapon ias(not sure how bos will work with it.) so ias jewel in your coa will not affect ww

If you are refering to the IAS jewels in Speeder's build, they are for the maximum possible kicking speed, not whirlwind. And yes, you can have a slower whirlwind. The IAS on Chaos and Fury Claws will always give the full ww speed, but if you use, oh, a Jade Talon with no ias you will hit less often per whirlwind. Hope this helps.

Ok,.....understand so far but........where do i put my Fury(40%IAS) and where do i put my Chaos(35%IAS)?
I mean in what hand do i put the Fury with most IAS?At the "gloves" side or at the "boots" side?

All to use WW and Dragon Flight as good as possible!

As long as the weapon's WSM minus its IAS equal -13 or less, that weapon will be at max. You didn't say what claw types you're using, but it doesn't matter because even the slowest base claws with 35 or more IAS will reach the fastest breakpoint. So Chaos and Fury always make it. OTOH, a Jade Talon for example only has a -10 WSM, so it would need to be socketed with an IAS jewel to reach it.

Any off-weapon IAS has no effect on WW.

Dragon Flight is locked at 23 frames.
