Why not try some normal Blood Moor shrine runs? Just roll a map with several shrines clustered together. NM Lower Kurast runs could work as well (plus you have a chance for skillers.) Heck, take the flawless topazes you find in Lower Kurast and do Blood Moor shrine runs. :grin:
