Jigga and Bacon - A love affair

Hi,

I really enjoy Jigga's love of all things Bacon. Its become a constant on the OTF forum. Abit like the sun rising in the east and setting in the west. If Jigga ever poo-pooed bacon, I'd know for sure the earth is out of wack.

i ate tons of bacon this morning. 5 different kinds totalling approximately 49 pieces.

i cooked about 9000 slices this morning and they were all perfect.

Excuse my ignorance, but being a New Zealander living in Denmark ... what's the difference between Canadian and American bacon ?
