Hi All,
I'm about to add a socket to my Titan's Revenge. Any wisdom as to the best gem\rune for a Lightening Fury/Fend Javazon to use would be greatly appreciated. I was leaning towards perfect saphire for some cold damage or a skull for leach, but wanted to get some advice before proceeding.
Thanks!

You can't socket titans (or any throwing weapons) afaik.
Sad,isn't it? 1.12 should fix that (and many many other issues).
Titan's is godly enough as it is. :POriginally Posted by kingdryland
How could you possibly explain socketing 140 seperate javs with a single gem or rune:scratch:
Actually imo Blizz should have made quivers and whatever you hold javs in with magical properties, and made it so you could socket them (and they spawn with replenishing etc)
and magical, rare and unique arrows and bolts right :grin:Originally Posted by phool
Let's not touch the realism issue. Because I don't see how on earth a hero, a champion of the light that smacked the prime evils into oblivion, that carries almighty weapons with magical abilities, cannot brake open locked chests and needs keys to open them   :grin:Originally Posted by phool
Good point - but socketing something that has multiple amounts just seems weird and alittle too unrealistic.
You want to know what i want to see? Replenishing Quivers![]()
A friend of mine shared this one with me yesterday:
[Preface: Two of the same unique cannot drop in the same game. Instead, a rare with increased durability will drop when a particular unique has already dropped in a given game.] So why not when the game rolls for a Gheed's charm after one's already dropped in a particular game you get a rare grand charm instead, and this was the only way to get a rare charm (minimum of three mods, maybe a maximum of 4)? Think about it... whenever someone found a Gheed's in a game it'd be motivation to stay in the game and kill everything possible, which can actually be much more interesting than endless mephs/baals/pits/cows. The rare charms would still be relatively rare since you'd essentially need to find more than one Gheed's in a single game for them to even spawn. Then they could even be rerolled with the 6-PSkull recipe.
I dunno, it struck me as a cool idea. Credit goes to Full_Circle.
First ,I think that actually the same unique can drop twice in the same game (oxymoron, but meh...)Second,there are no rare charms whatsoever...
