Level Requirement Bug

So I have these +1 20ias martial arts gloves that required my assassin to be level 47 to wear.
Anyway, after she graduated to trangs and dracs I muled them on my amazon.

Wierd thing is, the amazon only needed to be level 30 to wear the exact same gloves.

Is it because of the + skill if you're an assassin?

Do those gloves have any amazon skill charges on them?

Yeah.
It was either charged strike or one of the other lesser used 'zon skills in the spear tree.

The level req of the charges themselves would have been less for the amazon, since it was a class skill.

same thing happened to me when I found a sweet rare amulet with a bunch of teleprt charges and only a lvl 18 req. I transferred it immdeiately to my lvl 18 amazon only to discover the lvl req had spontaneously changed to 37. Then I remembered I found the amulet with my sorceress...
