What is the longest flight anyone has ever been on? mine is LA to tokyo which was 12 hours on my way to Australia for a grand totoal 30+ flying hours. Long flights are some of the most hellish experiences..however WHAT IF
You got a Laptop with D2 and brought it with you. Does anyone know if it would be possible to play battle.net on a plane? even single player would be fine. I guess the worry is, you've just gone travelling to some beautiful place and end up in your room playing Diablo the whole time. If that was the case it should be break the CD time but still the idea is intriguing.
I fly a fair bit so this is very interesting for me
On the (cheap as possible) planes I fly, they don't let you use electronic stuff at all pretty much. Or that might be only during landing/takeoff. I can't think of a way to give a plane internet access either.
Longest flight: UK <--> Canada. Near Montreal <--> near London.
My longest flight was 24 hours, and I stayed awake the whole time.
Laptop batteries, saddly, probably won\'t last the duration of a 12 hour flight.
And I do not think that wireless internet acess is avaliable half way across the world. So your outa luck.
Sorry to say, Kiwi, but you're just going to have to give up D2 for a little bit while...
In that case, read a book or something.

PS - Yes, I'm serious.
Go get the Diablo books and read them!
The battery sitch is a good point. I dont even have a laptop at the min so no biggie.
I have seen business types with there laptops out during flights, so a little single player game is a possibility.
Just an interesting Idea.
Cheeese: 24 hr flight? you must have had a stop over for feul
I would suggest cutting the power drain on the pc to the minimum. No sound, no cd. nothing at all.
or buy another battery and when one dies out swap it for the other... when that dies just turn on your psp and watch a movie or play a game heheheheOriginally Posted by Baranor
Reading a book is usually a good idea. I would recommend the book I'm currently reading: "The Passing Of The Night" by Robinson Risner.
Im on book 6 in the sword of truth series by Terry Goodkind.![]()
