I think the little flashes shown on WTC #7 were very suspicious, and I always wondered how that building fell.
Well, I can personally see why 65-70% of their arguments don't hold up, and the other 30-35% I don't know about. The thing is, though, if they're willing to use that much incorrect information, why should I trust them on the rest of it?

I've been trying to tell people about this stuff for a LONG time now.
I stopped after I realized that most Americans just don't care.

It's interesting isn't it? I've come across a few attitudes, ranging from complete acceptance to complete denial. My girlfriend has always snootily said 'I don't pay attention to that kind of stuff (politics) It doesn't concern me'. However, I sat her down to watch this movie, and she was floored. We spent an hour afterwards discussing the ramifications of this kind of situation. And we're not american.Originally Posted by Yes Sir I Will
I've found that telling people has never worked all that well. I prefer to ask them questions - things like - 'Did you ever wonder what happened with those anthrax attacks?' or 'Did you know that of the 19 highjackers, 9 are aliave and well, and confused as to why they have been called terrorists?'. Find the person's interest, and hook them that way. I very rarely preach about it.
Seems to work for me - I've managed to make a fair amount of people at least think twice about it.
After a quick google search of the film's name and picking the first site which was Wikipedia, two of the strongest points of the film are competely debunked by links to snopes.com.
I felt no further need to break it down for you.
If you watched this movie for entertainment and a well put together story, awesome. If you watched it looking for the truth, you were tricked. The truth isnt' anywhere close to this film.
I think these film makers went to the Michael Moore academy or are just fanbois of his.
Oh and in response to the "american's don't care" comment.
Kiss our collective ***.

Sadly - Snopes got involved in a topic over their heads. I love that site, and was saddened to see them tarnish their reputation by attempting to debunk the impossible. Their 'debunk' is almost, but not quite as convincing as the 'Loose Change' version of the story - it's like the 'magic bullet' - they forget that the trajectory of the plane was impossible to begin with...Originally Posted by D2netDad
As for the stock options - if they rely on the 9/11 comission report as hard evidence - they are sadly mistaken.
Bottom line is - there is no proof, there is no debunking. Snopes is wrong to claim 'false' as much as 'Loose Change' can say 'true'. Find those cameras that the FBI took and we can talk.
Until then, I shake my head sadly at Snopes...

You can keep reading and believeing that poor excuse for toilet paper the "9/11 comission report". But the big question is "did the terrorist benifit from these attacks?". They probably actually didnt beifit at all, but the Gov. got all of the money and power they really wanted out of it. I mean really why would anybody attack our country just because they "hate our freedoms". People generally don't do things unless they at least get something out of it. All the "terrorists" would have gotten out of it was hate for the middle east.
First of all, I never posted what I believe happened, nor proposed a full synopsis via video form to claim truth. I merely refuted your video as being full of crap and very much a big ball of conspiracy theories all wrapped up in a nice little entertaining package. In the video I saw hundreds of theories on a few main points, two of which have been debunked by snopes, among others, whether you believe it or not, it's there. I'm certainly not here to convince you, just to tell you you won't be convincing me that easily.
As far as them thinking MM is a propogandist, link me to some evidence. Untill I see them refute MM, thier style does a nice impersonation of his.
Are you seriously trying to justify or humanize terrorist acts by saying they are executed for something other than blind hate?
Terrorism is used to spread fear and uncertainty and to break the will. It doesn't need another motivator, no matter if one exists or not.
This film is stylized fiction. I enjoyed the entertainment value of it, please carry on with your crusade to convince.
