Alright don't get mad at me, cause i've only joined you crazy OTF'ers recently, but what is the OTCars? I have an idea of what it is, but what does it stand for? Off Topic something awards something?

They're called the OTcars because they come out around the same time as the Oscars. Change one letter and a little capitalization and BAM! you get the OTcars. I believe they were started by BasTyra, but I might be mistaken.
