Okay, so apparently AeroJonesy and piff are supposed to be in charge of the OTcars but neither of them are around much. Well, somebody's got to do it. Who should it be? It has to be someone impartial but at the same time a well-known poster who's been around for all the big events. Any volunteers? Nominations?

It's late February and people have been saying that this is about the time it's supposed to happen. Excuse my presumption because I'm relatively new, but I figured we all needed to get together and work out whose responsibility it's going to be since time is short.
