Malice Bugged?

Spud has finally gone HC, and so I am now untweaked. It's a blast, actually - I had to cube a Tir to make Steel...

Anyway, one of the other low lvl RW I made was Malice. And though the AS and Atma say it has only +33% damage, in game it says it grants +43% (18-59), which is does based on the damage listed in the sword.

Anyone seen this before? Anyone know the ED range?
