Yes precisely AnimeCraze. Don't forget the level 81 requirement shield, whereas you can wear a much better one *cough*Hoz*cough* oh excuse me, *HACK*Ss*cough**WHEEZE* Ahem! Sorry about that, but as I was saying you can have a much better shield before level 81. Personally this set is one of the 'cooler looking' ones, but it is completely teh suckzor.

I think the Isenhart's Brutal set of Crapiness drops way too often, and I just don't like it because I have to see it drop when what I want to see is something like Hydra Bow in golden letters...

Although I agree with the Heaven's Brethren set being really poop, I like the image design of the items =) They looks teh purdy =D

Sazabi's is not at the bottom simply because Act V Hirelings can wear a complete set. That makes it semi-useful and fun.

These sets are bad because the builds and classes they were built for do not benefit from them very much. *NOTE* Some specific items in these sets are good by themselves.

None of the lower end sets are bad because they all own in Normal Difficulty.

My personal favorite sets are:

Sigon's Complete Steel on melee types.
Angelic Raiment for casters and Magic Find.
Arctic Gear rocks on Bowazons

My favorite single set items and combinations:

Clegaw's Pincers - I Love Bowazons and Bowazons love Knockback.
Angelic Halo x 2 and Angelic Wings - 100% MF, +AR per level, +115 Life, +1 Skills = Holy S***
Civerb's Icon - 40% Mana Regeneration
Laying of Hands - End Game Bowazon Gloves
Guillaume's Face - Love this on my mercenary
Tal Rasha's Horadric Crest - The best Sorceress item that is useless for a Sorceress

Don't forget about Death's gloves/belt combo. 30% ias, 15 all resist, cannot be frozen, and 8% life leech with absolutely no strength requirement at level 6? Verry nice for new characters.

Clegs set. Absolute best for any starting melee char. 50% DS on the sword, when paired with gloves or shield, the sword receives +max damage per lvl, gloves receive AR on lvl. Full set adds Crushing blow as well - awesome!.

Cleg's gloves have knockback also, don't they? Worthy for a low level bowzon, methinks. And, I like the full M'aav's set on my level 90 FA/Strafer .Of course, my standards are probably different, seeing as I play exclusively Single Player and hence don't have access / exposure to a wide array of duped runes / gear.
