what does this mean for a barb? ill quote someones advice they told me to get:

torch, anni, 4x 5/5, rest 3/20/20

also what is the 5/5 isnt that a rainbow facet??

3/20/20 are Fine Small Charms of Vita and mean +3 max damage/+20 attack rating/+20 life.

As for the 5/5, I can't really comment without know what build they're referring to.

Edit: It could mean 4x Shimmering Small Charms of Balance (5% all resist/5% faster hit recovery)

the build is pure BvC i thought maybe he meant 5res all 4 fhr?
