If it's just for the merc, an eth Ghost Spear works as well. Slap a Crown of Thieves on him and he'll be fine for the dex req at 69. Even if not, he'll hit that in a few levels

And I can't belive it, there's just so many ppls who don't know how much sockets items can get. It's so easy to be scammed by someone if you don't knwo basic information.
