imo it has no real value in any realms think about using a 15 all resist jewel instead...
That thing is worthless. A Ral rune gives more resist and is easy as hell to find.

Hmm, however there is always interest in crap jewels for crafting. If you sell them in bulk 20+ jewels people value them usually as half a pgem. Off course it is up to you, but I never charsify a jewel
those rez jewels should have mod, -req, str, dex or something like that. In that case they can have value
