the rare jewl is junk imo, maybe pgems if someone needs "that" jewel. bout the fire facet, perhaps a pul, maybe even UM if you are patient.

Despite the inherent value, I've found it's almost impossible to sell any jewel that's not 5/5. I picked up a 3/4 cold gem a while back, and literally can't sell it for Ko.
