Noob to Barbs: Is there a polearm Barb build?

I looked on the pinned notes , but could not find one.... is there such a thing?

I am not sure what it would be called even if I did see the name for such a build!!!!! :laugh:

That would be a WW barb. What kind of polearm? Did you find a nice one and decide to make a barb for it?

A polearm barb is basically the same as a standard WW barb. Just max polearm mastery this time.

I will be using a pole ax with my wolfbarb, I think it should work well.

unless you are specifying a different combat skill (conc, frenzy, warcry, etc.) specialty all barb guides are pretty much the same

Hehe...I'm working on one right now actually. EBotD great poleaxe, and the rest of the basically standard gear for pvm barbs. A friend of mine uses the same weapon for his barb, and he ran some killer baal runs with him till he was level 98 :o.

yep eth botd gpa is king

it exactly hits the last bp

range 5

great average damage

tighter damage range than ghost spear

relatively low dex req for 2 handers

and it looks stylish

combine with might merc using pride and the barb becomes a lawnmower
