Can a pure P Necro do anything with these guys?
He can give they some fun.

Sorry but if P means Poison that he will be useless against the ubers.
Poison isn't very good in killing even regular versions of Diablo Mephi and Baal so the ubers will eat you alive. (or undead if you are Trang user)
I canot agree with you here. True that for Baal it's better to have merc with CB and finish him off with poison, but Mefhisto and Diablo are a walks in the park for the poison necro. Diablo dies after 5,5 novas, Meph after ~4.Originally Posted by dymi
Yea but these are ubers were talking about, way harder then the original verions. And they reg life faster then your psn will do dmg, unless you get a merc with Bonehew, but he will probably die before he hits them.
Even with Gear full of 5/5 psn faucets, it would take your hours (if not days) to kill them.

Casting PE or pnova can hold off their hp regeneration, but surely won't kill them (quickly). Merc is dead as quickly as he actually sees them I believe and without CB I don't think there are some choices left to defeat Uber tristram.

Meh, the only Necro capable of soloing Tristram is the Summoner :wink3:
yup,and just for kicks i went after the trio again with my summoner.got another damn low assassin torch.that makes 2 in the 2 of done:mad:
A poison necro could technically do it, because poison has the PMH quality to it, but it'd be very, very, very rough. Especially meph, who is poison immune. Have alot of -res in gear to combat his remaining resists after the 1/5th immune penalty to LR.
