I'd say shako beats that all the way.
More life/mana, +2 to *all* skills (for cta) + 50mf

Also, there's a tradevalue forum where you can ask what it's worth.

i agree with hardy, shako > that one, as shako also got 10%dr. those circs mostly need 20%fcr to > shako.
