Yes, probably one of the highest raw damage armor you can get your hand on for a lightning sorceress. The +14% Lightning damage is 1 away from the perfect 15%, but I don't think it matters much as the % damages are added directly to lightning mastery, but of course, it's always nice to achieve perfection.
