I have 38% ias grief zerk and beast zerk on my barb,
I would like to know:
1.what is the necessary ias % to hit the last break point (is it 54% or more?)
2. is there a link to a website that lists the necessary ias for each character class to hit the last break point

34% ias in a weapon with base speed 0, so yes, you hit the last bp.

As for number 2: No, there isn't a site like that, because break points change depending on the weapon, the skill being used, and the class. Whirlwind works a little different in that it has fixed breaks regardless of the weapon, the only deciding factor being whether it's 2h, 1h, or a sword.

There is a calculator in the guide thread, however, that you can use to find breakpoints by supplying the needed information.
