    2-handed ww dmg

Hi, I started a 2-handed PvM WW Barb. I chose 2-handed bcos I thought it dishes out the most dmg possible but somebody told me recently that 2 one-handed weapons can deal bigger dmg than one 2-handed.
Is this true and how does the dmg of 2 weapons count in WW, do they add one to another and create huge dmg or do they attack one at a time?
Anyway my GPA has a range of 5, how much of a range would 2xBA have in WW, would it be 3 (normal range of BA) or does wielding 2 weapons in WW make range stack from both weapons so that total would be 5 (3+3=6 but 5 is max afaik)?

2 zerkers would have a range 3 attack each in ww

the damage is not the damage of both put together

The game handles dual weapon WW by giving both weapons hit-checks during the whirl. If both weapons have at least 34% onboard IAS, there is a hit check every 2 frames, or 12.5 times a second. But the weapon range does not stack. A GPA will max out at 4 frames per hit-check or 6.25 times a second, but of course the range is 5.

You do more damage with two weapons than with one two-handed weapon is not because you do more damage per hit, but you will get more hits.

That's how it worked in 1.09.. and I'm assuming it still works the same now.
