I would advise not drinking any water or coffee then, and the sound of running water should be avoided at all costs. You could always bring a bedpan to work, I suppose.Originally Posted by KyubiNaruto
Note to self: Work this new development into screenplay.
The thing is older than Freet. I should probably throw it away before it burns my house down.Originally Posted by rykuss

Well, I can always use the toilet before and after work.
Hmmm... But then again... I guess I may unexpectedly have to use the bathroom at one point... Yeah.. Maybe you're right, maybe I shouldn't drink much while im at work, Dredd-taichou.
Also, how in the world do you own something older than Freet? What, you buy the thing from a garage sale or something?

Above the neck... Behind the head...

Turn down the lights if you can. Rest your elbows on your legs or hug yourself. Put your head down so your chin touches your chest, flex and relax your neck and shoulder muscles for a few seconds, then release. Do that for a minute or so. Take deep breaths.
Now, relax as best you can and roll your head in a circle, clockwise a few times then counter-clockwise - slowly so you don't make yourself dizzy. You can also moisten a hot washcloth and press that against the back of your neck and your temples.
The best solution is a pain-reliever, but this will do until you get home.
If you're the type that tenses up a lot, you probably have a thousand knots in your back. Have somebody massage those out.

Yeah you're right about the lights... I turned them all off and my head doesn't throb as bad now. This computer screen... :grrrr: It's gotta stay on, so nothing I can do about that.
I could sure go for a massage...
Thanks for the tips Dreddy-poo.
