There were rampant usage of bots that made items even cheaper. Hoz is a rare drop this season. It goes for ist to ist+ist. At begining of the season I could have traded my crappy one for 3 ists+ :P
Shako also this time last year was going for ist or mal+um but it is still around Gul right now this season. And hate to say it but no one would give you a ist for that jewel.
