Runeword Treachery (1.11 3sox armor) gives ctc lvl 15 fade on struck.

according to arreat summit there are not any sin charged items so treachery is your only choice- just put it on and stand on a fire for a bit

If you are not using Storm, this can be alternative ! Add a Perfect Diamond and you have, beside Fade when activated, also 59 all resists !
