As the title states. As I need them for my Kicksin, they need to be non-upped, but I want them to be as close to perfect as possible. I'll check back later or in the morning for offers.

Edit: For 2-3 19HP Sc's, I'd like it if you also threw in an Um for me to be able to make a Duress for her as well. I need all the CB I can get.
