Guild Wars is kinda disapointing me, so god help me, I'm going to reinstall D2 and start playing from scratch for about the 6th time.
Anyway, I figure I'll collect keys for profit this time. I've never had a key, and it sounds much more exciting than making another firewall/orb/blizz sorc and killing meph ad nasuem. I can actually use any kind of character to build wealth! Why don't I hear anyone thanking Blizz for that little gameplay innovation? Anyway..
My question is: What element(s) are there never any immunes to in each of the areas on the way to bosses that drop keys?
Or, if that was confusing, what element(s) can I use without having to worry about immunes to fight my way to the countess, summoner, or nilathak?
Nihlathak is immune to lightning quite often though.
What I have been doing lately for key runs is doing nihlathak only. I made an enigma, and slapped it on my concentrate barb, and I put spirit sword/shield on switch and gave my merc an insight. He now exclusively runs Nihlathak because he is the easist of all the key-holders to find; plus, for every D key, I can get one T and one H key.
It gets a little boring and redundant, but doing this I was able to find enough D keys for 3 keysets in about 4-5 total hours over the course of last week.
Ended up with a 13/12 druid torch....blaaah, but I think it works pretty well this way because my barb never, ever dies.
But, light sorcs are faster with infinity, if you can get one, and if you wanna do runs for all the different keys.
