hm im not sure whats the smite dmg (average) of eth vortex but i found eth royal with average dmg of 130 ish not too bad imo.

The smite damage on the vortex shield is actually pretty bad considering the huge range (5-87 damage) and the % block is the lowest. Overall I find that the Sacred Targe is very popular for Exile, low requirements + good block rate + average smite damage. Zakarum shield is probably the best if you're most worried about smiting, 46-46 damage range.

unfortunatly havent had such luck in this ladder season

i agree with that, Sacred Targe has the best equilized dmg + the block is better.

for zakarum shield i disagree, i dont really think this is the best since the smite dmg is pretty low... but if u need to be sure about ur dmg and not let ur dmg run up from very low to very high this indeed is the best.

yeah those are the stats of nonethereal pally shields,but the stats on eth ones are pretty different and lookin at smite dmg on eth royal shield its pretty damn good to not make an exile out of it...in my opinion
