That is impossible - however, "baal GC" is just a term meaning a GC with item level 90 or greater. These come from Baal, Diablo and Nihlathak ONLY. The only way to prove it is if it has an affix that requires ilvl 90+ to spawn. 41-45 life is one such affix, I don't think there are more, but I could be mistaken.
