Dupes??? Some Doubts

Hello everybody,

Someone could tell me how the dupes are "made" and how they are put into the game???

Other doubt is how i know if a player is legit or not, it means, if he is equiped with a dupe or not??

You can't know. Dupes are copied items. sometimes hacked in from open bnets (ith weapons?)

The second part of your question isn't easy to answer. An admission from the suspect player is about the only way to find out for sure. Keep in mind that many players who have traded for dupes don't even realize that they have a bogus item until it poofs.

You can protect yourself somewhat by being careful about who you trade with as well keeping tabs on the current dupe/do not trade lists that can be found in the trade forums.
