I vote that you use a calculator to determine where you'll get IAS breakpoints.
Although, AmnAmnShael sounds like the best choice so far. Should still check a calculator to be sure.

I checked the german calculator: with 20IAS both yari and ghost spear have 7 fpa, with 40ias they have 6.5fpa.

I'm quite puzzled: I didn't know there could be a "half frame". However, if it's a mistake of the calculator and you can have only entire frame rates (as I think) the secon shael is useless.
Is anyone in this fantastic forum who knows wether the half frame stuff is possible or not?

For a WW barb I do think that an upped shaeled ribcracker is BY FAR the best weapon.
EDIT: probably the best is a perfect upped socketed with a 40/15, actually...

But I want to use this hone for my merc. That's why I asked wether the 6.5 frames is an existing possibility or not.

For a WW barb I do think that an upped shaeled ribcracker is BY FAR the best weapon.

Actually a shael'ed upped ribcracker is a fairly mediocre WW weapon due to its short range, and when socketed with anything else it's sub-par (doesn't hit last WW breakpoint). An upped eth Hone Sundan is probably the best non-BotD PvM WW weapon in terms of sheer killing power (basically a ribcracker, except with range 5).
