I'm guessing not really as the damage is kind of low, and devil star's aren't too quick. Baranar's is probably better?

Baranar Star is much better.

it depends on the build your making. if you need that little more dual leech then you go for this but if you need dmg you definatly go with baranar's

I'd say B'Star. It is much faster and you can use a PSkull if you need the dual-leech. Even though the physical damage on this weap is far better than B'Star, the mods on the latter added together is much better than the former.
