Yes it has been running in Diablo for a while now, remember most recent bannings? Well that's due to Warden. Iirc they started with Warden at the beginning of the new ladder season.
very interesting to read but most i already knew about it but is it true that it could read my private stuff :( , never the less i not have much of that important stuff runnning on my comp anyway, but only bad thing about warden is the lag it causes sometimes for the rest blizzard should keep up the good job

very weird, i had a connection interrupt, and got kicked off battle.net, now i keep getting the message "connecting to fastest server"and after that a cant connect error:/
