Maxing all my stats. Yes, that means going over every +3 or lower attribute node on the grid and replacing it with a +4 node. Or a +200 hp one and replacing it with a 300 one. Yay for insane "must do everything" rpg mode madness.

To top it off, it's not even close to my favorite Final Fantasy, but ever since I saw Advent children, I decided to replay all the ones I have on my Ps2, which consist of 7,8 *blech* and 10. So far I maxed all my stats in 7 for my 3 main characters (Morphing monsters is a giant pain in theass),and the same with 8, atleast until I got totally bored by this crap game and gave up.

Atleast X is better than 8.Anyone got any insane "getting everything possible" RPG stories?

well, in Dragon Warrior VII I managed to get every character to ~lvl70 heroes, which I spose I could've gotten them to 99, but 70s was plenty since they beat the game around 40, went through every single human class, everyone knew gigaslash, ultrahit, healus, and healall, it was fun

I actually logged 300+ hours on my save file of FFX. I unlocked all of the secret bosses in the battle place (they were pretty easy, btw), maxed all of the Aeons' stats and all of the characters' Sphere Grid as well as collect their "ultimate weapon". It's really funny to see Yuna whack some monster for 99999 damage :lol: .

Good lord. I can't imagine doing anything of the sort on World of Warcraft, and not just because Blizzard releases new content faster than I can get into the old stuff. I logged 20 days (yes, 20 solid days) just to level my character to 60. I've spent another 10 days after that getting him geared up to a respectable level, and will likely require another 10-15 days to get him from respectable to awe-insipring.

I did it with Wakka, Auron, and Tidus.

Get Wakka's ultimate weapon, this means playing lots of Blitzball matches...

After getting the break hp and damage limit items, you will be doing some serious damage with Wakka, Tidus and Auron. On a crit, Wakka will to 30,000 damage + per hit and hit several times.
