Please give me gear suggestions for my blizz sorc

This is my USEAST S3 Ladder pure blizzard sorceress build. I chose to go the max life build because I don’t feel that a –15% req jewel or a hel rune is a good use of a socket in a stormshield. I do believe this in cases for assassins, but I’ve just never been sold on the idea of the sorceress using stormshield unless they are going for max block build. I would like some suggestions on some better gear in order to get more resists, and more damage even. I use this sorc mainly for pindle runs and meph runs, so any suggestions geared towards that would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Besides the lack of a better shield, your sorc looks fine to me. The only improvements I would make is to try to get a Mara's or good rare sorc ammy. For pure damage, try out Snowclash belt. You get more Blizz damage but you lose out on the 20 FCR from Arachnids though. Finally, try to get Anni/Torch if possible.

Yeah I agree with Evrae. Everything looks nice except for the shield. Try getting Spirit, Lidless will work too.

I think a Rare Sorc/Resist ammy will work if you can't afford the Maras. If not, Elitch may work for now.

Also, I would suggest pumping the 30 stats into Vit.

Before you post queries... try looking around using the 'search' option. This is what i posted the day before yesterday in answer to a similar question (it's equipment suggestions for max damage build):

Helm: Nightwing's Veil w/ Cold facet
Weapon: Death's Fathom w/ Cold Facet
Amulet: Mara's Kaleidoscope
Armour: Blizzard Ormus' Robes with 15% Cold Skill Damage w/ Cold Facet
Shield: Spirit Monarch or 4soc 4*Cold Facet Monarch
Switch: Call To Arms + Spirit Shield
Belt: Snowclash or Arach
Rings: 2*SoJ
Gloves: Magefists (for FCR) or Chanceguards (for MF)
Boots: War Travellers

Charms: Annihilus and Sorceress Torch; also as many Cold Skill charms as you can fit in/ want/can afford (although if you can afford the rest cost desn't matter).

If you use the above gear (using Spirit Shield and Snowclash where I've listed option) you will have a level 41 Blizzard, i think, without having any extra Cold Skill Charms - with 9 Cold Skill Grand Charms you can have a level 50 Blizzard - as well as +Cold Skill damage from Nightwings, Death's Fathom, Blizzard, and 3 cold facets, and enemy resistance will probably be around the -100 mark (=double damage). Use a +3 Cold Skill circlet, and a +3 Cold skill amulet, and this can be 52.
This will do about 20k damage (estimated...)! And have about 10k damage on Ice Blast. It's also insanely, ridiculously expensive.
