How does using 2 weapons work?

Some time ago the thought of making a BK Barb entered my mind and eventually the question followed...

So, how does it actually work?
    Example...

    Bul-Kathos' Sacred Charge
    Colossus Blade
One Handed Damage: 75 To 195 (135 Avg)
Two Handed Damage: 174 To 345 (259.5 Avg)
    Required Level: 63
    Required Strength: 189
    Required Dexterity: 110
    Durability: 50
    Base Weapon Speed: [5]
    +200% Enhanced Damage
    35% Chance of Crushing Blow
    All Resistances +20
    +20% Increased Attack Speed
    Knockback

    and

    Bul-Kathos' Tribal Guardian
    Mythical Sword
One Handed Damage: 120 To 150 (135 Avg)
    Required Level: 66
    Required Strength: 147
    Required Dexterity: 124
    Durability: 44
    Base Weapon Speed: [0]
    +200% Enhanced Damage
+50 Poison Damage Over 2 Seconds
    Fire Resist +50%
    +20 To Strength
    +20% Increased Attack Speed

Does the Knockback work if the BKTG is the weapon which hit the critter?
Does the +200%ED work like having both an ON weapon +ED and OFF weapon +ED? Say, for the BKTG, it has +200% as it is, but does it receive the additional bugged +200%ED from BKSC as an OFF weapon +ED? I hope you guys can understand this... though I'm sure it sounds vague.

How about for Dual-Katar wielding Sins?

    Like...

    Natalya's Mark
    Scissors Suwayyah
    Damage: 120 To 153 (136.5 Avg)
    Required Level: 79
    Required Strength: 118
    Required Dexterity: 118
    Durability: 68
    Base Weapon Speed: [0]
    (Assassin Only)
    +200% Enhanced Damage
    +200% Damage To Undead
    +200% Damage To Demons
    Adds 12-17 Fire Damage
    Ignores Target's Defense
    40% Increased Attack Speed
+50 Cold Damage, 4 sec. Duration (Normal)

and any other claw... does the +200% Damage to Undead add to that of the other claw if you are going against an Undead and the other claw hits it?

On both situations, does the IAS of one weapon add to the IAS of the other?

    Thanks for any clarification.

The ED% just adds to the weapons damage (ON weapon ED%). The knockback will only work with BKSC. ED% to demons/undead work as OFF weapon ED% and I think it will only kick in when you hit with the weapon that provides it (I'm not 100% sure). Attack Speed with dual wielding assassins is extremely complex, try to read JRichards work in the assassin forum.

I've got a question about this too. I have an assassin claw with a low level req and insane damage, is it better to just use this claw as the other claw will have so much lower damage? Or do two claws attack at twice the speed (if IAS is the same)?

Well, if you use tigerstrike you'll only hit with one claw. And I think you'll hit first with it using dragon claw. Two claws doesn't necessarily mean twice the speed. Like I said it's very complicated.
