Some d2 questions... answer pls

1. Does aura from items stack? Eg. Dream helm + dream shield = lvl 30 holy shock.

2. Does hard points in skills consider as synergy for skills/aura given from items? Eg. Inferno from flamebellow is synergised by warmth added by sorc/ resist lightning synergised holy shock in dream runeword.

I believe that they do not synergize, but I could be wrong?

If I didn t get it wrong...

- same aura from different items stack. (edit: provided they r all on the same char)
- skills from Charges in items dont synergize or stack.
- skills with chance to cast in items do recieve synergies from your hard points in skils.
- skills/auras from items do synergize your hard points in skills and vice versa.

I could be wrong too though

skills/auras from items do NOT synergize your hard skill points invested

the first instance (skills from items) was fixed by the fixing of the marrowalk bug

the second instance (auras from items) has never synergized with hard skill points

eg. exile defiance does not synergize hard points in paladin's holy shield

Hard points into resist lightning will increase the damage of a holy shock aura granted by the dream runeword. The same applies to resist cold, with holy freeze (Doom) and resist fire with holy fire (dragon, etc). Likewise, salvation will increase the damage of all three.

The sorc's masteries will also increase the damage of these auras.
