If you kill andy for the quest, then go to act2 before leaving the game, andy will drop her quest drop everytime in that difficulty. You don't have to talk to the npc everytime you run her, so just run andy as normal and you'll get better drops.
I hope this answers your questions.
You need to speak to any NPC in ACT 1 before leaving the game in which you completed the andy quest in nightmare difficulty. THIS gives you quest drops every time you kill here from then on in nm.
It is not specific to nightmare. It occurs for normal and Hell as well.
hhm, okay. I heard it was only for the nm level. But thats works fine for me!
if you have already completed the andy quest, can the bug still work ?

after you do this bug do you have to keep talking to warriv after you kill her to keep this glitch
