I know it won't break it, hence I suggested the comment. Seeing that spell does nothing to the valk is definitely funny.

Thank you for the information, and especially for that table of what the Valkyrie uses at each slvl. I did not know that it worked similiarly to the Assassin's Shadow Master skill. Interesting...

That means a Valk could spawn with an ultra godly circlet roll, and I would never know...

The spawning of magic/rare equipment is interesting. My Valkyrie was once able to slowly kill a very nasty PI + CI Ghost boss (that just pwned my HF merc, who could do nothing to it), just because she had spawned with a War Pike with very good fire damage (I could see the flames when she hit).

Most of the time, I really despise have a minion with a Monster Flee weapon, especially if it´s a 100% one. That seems to happen often to Shadow Masters, probably because she has two weapons.

I got a Fire Immune Valkyrie once
Kinda cool that she does not have the 95% res cap. Suppose Valks also (like bears and other "summons" afaik) dont get the nmare/hell res penalities, otherwise it would be a mighty feat indeed to get immunity in hell.. (gogo 200+res)

Re: Amazons and blue Valkyries? what the heck?

Found out a rather interesting fact when it came to Valkyries. They gain abilities directly from the Amazon's gear, not just from her skills. If you have, for example, 10% chance to cast Frost Nova when struck, that power will carry over to your Valkyrie.

This is EXTREMELY effective with the Amazon Runeword "Peace", which gives a 4% chance of casting Slow Missles when struck (lame), and (this is the good one ) 2% chance of casting 15 Valkyrie when struck. That's right. When your Valkyrie takes damage, it can resummon itself back to life, and more powerful (if your valkyrie skill is less than 15). I'm POSITIVE it's not me that's being hit and resummoning her; I die in about 3 hits where I'm at, and I constantly am summoning a new Valkyrie every other battle and every single boss fight without me doing anything.

    Oversight, or really badass synergy?

The valkyrie from Peace has been demonstrated to be far less reliable than a valkyrie summoned in the traditional way. Take this thread, for instance: http://diablo.incgamers.com/forums/s...-Runeword-Test

IIRC lvl 17 is the objective for Valk so she spawns with rare pike/weapon.
