Well you would need a barb with good CB and OW, a fast attack, good damage, and can tank well.

I'm thinking of a Grief Phase, Dracul's, Gore's, Guillaume's Face, Duress Concentrate Barb.

You will need %DR with the rest of the gear, such as Verdungos and Stormshield

If you get a 40% IAS Grief Phase, you need need 42% off weapon IAS for 9 FPA.

Highlords + 2x 15% IAS jewels can take care of this.

    This setup gives:
    68% Open Wounds
    65% Crushing Blow
    80% Deadly Strike
    9 FPA

Hmm.. imagining what this barb looks like reminds me of Bug eye barbs from 1.09

I was just using Concentrate for defense purposes and Grief Phase for speed, but a 4 FPA whirlwind might be better. I'm not sure how much defense the Ubers have, but you will get less AR from Whirlwind than Concentrate.

Grief Zerk would also work for WW.

Thus far, people have had the most success using Frenzy barbs with dracs and high crushing blow.

I haven't had much experience with frenzy barbs but this is what I heard:

If any summons surround you one of your hits will keep targeting a summon, and that will make it very hard for you to bypass the 16k life regen.

Concentrate + CB is much more focused and safe
Although frenzy would be faster with 5/5 instead of 9 FPA with Concentrate

so....as far as gear-wise....for the ubers for my ww set up, still concerning

Weap: ebotdz and beast or wizspike for resist on the off hand
    Shield: Ss(when possible)
Rings: angelics and raven and bk and dwarf available
    Helm: arreats or guillaume?
armor: coh for resist and dmg demon? Or duress?(cant decide)
belt: t-gods for absorb and stats
    Ammy: angelics or highlords
gloves: laying of hands or dracs (cant decide)
    boots:gores
switch: buff bo weap OR life tap wand

Really lookin forward to beat ubers 3 with this...hopefully
    Anything missin?

Firstrider has the best suggestions so far....

The problem with ww and frenzy Barbs is they lack discretion when hitting things. I would prefer Concentrate as then you can target the Bosses. Only Crushing Blow and Open Wounds work in Tristram. Deadly strike does not work there (At least that is my understanding). Speed, Crushing Blow, resists and Life Tap are your friends in Tristram. Open Wounds too, if you plan on dying before you finish the Bosses. Get a life tap wand, shop it. Cast BO, drop your BO buff weaps and go in with the wand. Cast life tap and then rely on your Drac's and fast attack to keep you going. Don't stop to seperate the Bosses, why let them make minions? Go to Mephy first and smack him silly, then do the other two.

Practice on Hell Baal. You should be able to take him out in less than 30 seconds in a solo game.

If you get stuck and you are on west NL just call me and I will finish it for you with my ol' Paladin.

    In my opinion...
If you must ww use the Beast and Wiz. Skip the BotD (A 15 resist jewel would be nice in the Wiz)
Guillaumes for crushing blow, you must have this! Slap an UM rune in it.
Duress for Crushing blow and open wounds, you must have this!
Drac's for life tap, you must have this! (Lifetap casts when you ww, yes?) EDIT>>See below, Grr! was afraid of this!
