i have very hard time questing hell, and ubers were just laughing at me for
entering the portal.

it's very hard to put enough resist, and also never does enough damage.
my power strike does 12k ,yet can't kill any bosses.

please give me some advise,

I would replace the Drac's with Java gloves (a 2/20 or less is pretty cheap).
Replace Mav's armor with a +skills armor (COH if you can afford).

For bosses, don't use Power Strike. The damage make look impressive, but it's not. Use Charged Strike.

I would keep the Dracul's because you'll die without the Life Tap, but I doubt I'd use a Javazon for the big three, as I hear they have some impressive elemental resists.
