Best place to buy +3 Summons wand?

+2 all shows up at iLvl 49 on Wands. +3 skill tab is a bit higher but not much. I forget the relationship between Clvl and ILvl when shopping but you should start seeing +2 all wands when you're around lvl 49. With gamblling I think the items are -4 to +5 of your Clvl or something like that so shopping is probably similar. I think shops do have a limit on iLvl but I'm sure these wands show up by Act 3 NM.

Bah! I spent 2 hours shopping Drognan NM with L54 and got plenty of +3 summoning wands but none with + to RS or SM. Occasional + to mage or summon resist. I guess there is a spell level limit so you can't do better than an arm of leoric.

Shopping is the same if I remember correctly.

There was a topic on shopping/cubing the perfect necromancer wand back in the SPF. There's information about clvl, ilvl, alvl, etc. in there too.

I read somewhere in there that some guy got a nice wand only after five hours of non-stop shopping.
