Since my last update I have passed Act 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Nightmare difficulty. All the way was relatively easy, save Chaos Sanctuary. It was real Nightmare. I could not fight in my bear form, because of Iron Maiden danger, so I missed a lot of bear’s life and fire claws’ damage. All I could do to help my rogue merc kill demons is to keep them from regeneration with poison vine and to cast 600 damage fissure. However eventually all Oblivion Knights was dead and we spawned Diablo. He was tough only at the beginning of the battle until I cast Lower Resistance on him and found the safe spot next to him.

Now I’m standing in Harrogath, going to level up to 70+ before trying Ancients, WSK and The Lord of Destruction.
