Erg, I just came back to D2 a month ago and I was just starting to get some good items. Looks like I'll be playing non-ladder from now on.

This is great news. I never took part in the last 2 seasons, I wanted to see how my old chars would adapt to 1.10. Then I stopped playing for a long time. I started a ladder char yesterday 'cos I wanted a taste of livin' off the land. I'll have to start all over (again), but that's ok. Now everyone will be dirt poor and wearing cracked caps, not just me

Bah. Oh well. Looks like some lucky non-ladder person will be getting a lot of nice gear when the ladder goes back... well, maybe... I probably won't degear my zon and keep her like my barb from .09 who sucks *** lol. My light sorc will probably go though... to make room for a new one.

And because the uber quest is available on non ladder as well there is absolutely no reason for me to play season 3. I have all the ladder runewords and uniques i need. There is no point of actually "running" the ladder because maphacking teams will leave any legit player in the dust.

Well, i waited too late this season so i won't attain a fort and probably won't have time to up half the stuff i wanted to, but oh well. Starting over won't be bad i guess since everyone will be doing the same. I welcome the challenge, should be fun. Who knows, i may keep my chars for awhile after the reset just to finish them.

I think i'll be starting a frenzy barb on the new ladder as well.
