C Squad's 1.11 Uber Quest Guide

Question: If my character is already carrying a torch, is it possible to find more keys? I was given a low level torch from a friend, and I have run the Countess atleast 25 times and have yet to get a key (and yes, it is Hell difficulty). Any ideas?

Uber Izzy, Uber duriel and lillit drop a body part.

In Tristram the last uber drops hellfire.

No items at all.

Does the Hellfire Quest only work on battlenet or can I play on lan too.

Is this quest only in hell, or only in ladder, or anything? Are there restrictions like that to it? Exactly where can you obtain this stuff? I'm thinking probably hell and anywhere you please, but I dunno.

It's Hell only, Bnet only, laddder or non. Keys drop from Countess, Nilithak, Summoner
