    No, Merman boots are not available in 1.11.

    It's sad...

    We just lost 20 saved/extra skill points and some output damage...
    We knew that the charged items bug was to be corrected, right?

    I believe Ash Housewares is right, we're just back to beeing necros again
    What about the Trang-Oul's Vampire form, does anybody know/tested/checked if the fixed cast rate bug is corrected?

    The vampire form's IAS breakpoints aren't fixed. They're just lousy. I don't think they would have fixed this unfortunately. Only Bonemancers rely on FCR though.

    Merman's Sprocket only absorbs what, 65 magic? I don't think that's going to make a huge dent in a skill that does ~900 to human targets.
