On another note. Anyone here have any experience with pirouettes?
And if so got any tips. How to gain good rotation speed? How to avoid dizzyness?
I need to learn pirouettes for my juggling and I get nautious(sp?) after two spins, and they are really weary and I am all over the place after the spin.
Bring all your limbs and stuff as close to your body as possibly for good speed. Reduction in moment of inertia = higher angular velocity. Hooray physics.
To avoid dizziness, find something to focus in on. While spinning, turn your head to keep looking at it. When it is impossible, twist your neck around to the other side and focus in on it again. It's what all the ice skaters do.
Best way not to get dizzy is to not do it.
