A ghostsin, this guide says pvm, but i hear people saying its good for pvp also. I plan to make one if its viable.

This is nothing like the PvP version of the "Ghostsin" that you hear about. They are two entirely different builds that just happen to have the same name.

The PvP Ghostsin is a WW sin that uses Enigma and high fcr/ias to be very mobile and have good trap laying speed essentially with a few other differences. You most likely won't find a guide in dii.net's strat compendium because it stresses the use of things like dupes and 1.08 Valk Wing helms.
